Supermarket Yoga

Earlier in the week I was diagnosed with Little Black Dress Delirium (LBDD) a rare condition for which the only cure is the immediate retirement of said dress and a strict regime of skirts, jeans and dresses of any other colour. I explained to the Doctor, however, that this was all impossible since I was committed to my personal challenge to wear my LBD for the full duration of Lent and I'd forgotten where all those other clothes were. The Doc was at a bit of a loss but suggested I try some smart tailoring in an attempt to straighten myself out.....

I tried this yesterday and it definitely had a sobering effect

The Doctor also suggested I try some yoga.
Yoga is brilliant obviously, everybody knows this, good for the muscles and focuses the mind. Getting dressed for yoga in Earth Kind Original's LBD is easy because that's what it was designed for in the first place...

So I gave it a whirl today..

The only problem is that there just isn't enough time in the day for actual yoga. I discussed this with my friend Sara and we decided that if we wanted to fit yoga into our schedule it would have to be in conjunction with something else and so we decided to try it while doing the shopping...

exercise while you shop...

focus on what you are buying..

look fabulous..

unfortunately Sara momentarily lost her inner Zen at the self serve checkout..

but all in all we felt it was a very positive experience and that supermarket yoga might catch on..
