On Thursday I left all prospects of snowmageddon behind me for the lovely Island of Jersey. Packing for the three days away was a breeze since all I needed was my LBD and a few add ons. However LBD confidence made me a little too relaxed about travelling and while I was comfortably dressed I felt a fool at the check in desk when I found Id brought my sons passport instead of my own.......
...luckily a drivers licence will do for a domestic flight so I was allowed to proceed to the departure gate...
...I was feeling a bit frazzled but my LBD was not phased at all....
Sadly this was my second trip to Jersey this year and both times for a family funeral. Its been a challenging time however despite everything this was a wonderful opportunity to spend time with my mum and sister....
My sister and I are very different but we get along famously....
....and mum is always one step ahead of us....
My LBD was the perfect travelling companion being suitable for every activity we did from walking on the beach to going to church to going out to dinner...
In fact I probably only took it off when it was time for bed...
